In topic Find locked out Windows Domain Users with PowerShell is described how PowerShell can be used to find users that have been lockd-out of the Active Directory. This often happens after a person has changed his password, but another device (GSM, Tablet) uses the old password to log on. In stead of using PowerShell, Microsoft provides a free program that is easier.Account Lockout Status (LockoutStatus.exe)
Account Lockout Status (LockoutStatus.exe) is a combination command-line and graphical tool that displays lockout information about a particular user account. LockoutStatus collects information from every contactable domain controller in the target user account's domain. It can also show the password status of a selected user.
