If you have problems setting the correct keyboard layout with the registry within a Citrix? Program Neighborhood / XenApp / Virtual Desktop (VDI) environment, try forcing Regional Settings and Keyboard Settings with setlocale.exe. Explanation and parameters in the readme.Thanks to WayBack Machine.
What is setlocale?
Setlocale is a great command line application that does exactly what is required. The zip file contains a readme with no information about the author or the license. Use it in a logon script.
