All former Borland programming languages Delphi /Jbuilder / C++ Builder. Try the free Delphi Community edition IDE + compiler! You might consider switching to Lazarus for Windows with free Pascal. Or start your new projects with c# (C Sharp) in Notepad++ and the build-in Windows C# compiler or download an Express version of Visual Studio
