Use the tail command from the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit and Support Tools.(works also on 64 bit Windows server 2008 r2 & Windows 7 & Windows 10 ):
tail -f [filename]
All the program options:
usage: TAIL [switches] [filename]*
switches: [-?] display this message
[-n] display last n lines of each file (default 10)
[-f filename] keep checking filename for new lines
The Windows Server 2003 resourcekit is not available anymore. When you trust this server, tail.zip can be downloaded here.
